Jack the Ripper – A Love Story ( Excerpt 32 )

  Mary Kelly’s diary July 16th 1886

Now I’ve gone and done it. I’ve seduced Jack and he loved it, I know he’ll be back for more! He was a little wary at first, but he soon got the idea. He surprised me, he is actually quite an ardent lover, the first time was over a little too soon for me. But I soon had him perked up and ready for another try. The second time was wonderful and it just got better. Not only have I a roof over my head and a warm bed, but I have a lover who fills it and knows how to pleasure a girl like me. He makes me happy!

Making love to Mary was a revelation, the perfect congress between man and woman. we made love as one, not two people, so in tune were our movements. I don’t believe I will find that perfection in another, such pure perfection.

Needless to say, once we had shared a bed neither of us wished it to stop. I longed for Mary, and by the affection she bestowed on me, she felt the same. The Mc Ginty’s had returned, but be damned to them, it was my house and I would make love to Mary whenever it suited me, and Mary of course.

As thing’s turned out, It was never a problem, The Mc Ginty’s obviously knew, but thought it easier to turn a blind eye, which made life so much simpler for all of us.

Mary and I didn’t share a bed every night, but it was usually several nights a week, my life had never seemed better. We had been sharing a bed for about four months, when things began to change between Mary and myself. I had no idea what, if anything, I had done to offend her, but I sensed that something had changed between us and it worried me.
